At an unspecified date in early 1940, one hangar at Giuleşti airfield, near Bucharest, caught fire.
Reportedly, six or seven airplanes burned down.
Does anyone have any further details?

Sorry I don't have such details but I would like to know more about Giulesti airfield - it is the first time I hear about it.

According to a new piece of information, the Polish warplanes that were destroyed in that hangar fire still wore Polish A.F. markings.

Perhaps someone else knows more about this little known incident...
