Can anyone suggest any decent books in English on the WW2 Romanian Armed Forces I have Max Axworthys title third axis fourth Ally and the Osprey titles but anything on the battle for Odessa 1941 and air operations I have the book Black Hussars but any titles you know of or any Romanian Publishing Houses Websie addresses would also be wlcome

It is not a book, but rather a photo album. It seems to me you already posses the best book in English on the Romanian army in WWII. Unfortunately, it is also the only one. If you are interested in the Romanian Royal Aeronautics in WWII, there are however two good titles dealing with it, wrote by Denes Bernad:

The Romanian Navy Torpedo Boats deals with all torpedo-boats, both WW2 and post-WW2 to our days (yes, Romania still operates torpedo-boats, probably the only NATO country to do so).
The other two, I did not have the chance to see, but the one on the "Foreign Legions" seems t obe dealing with the Waffen SS volunteers, thus not the Romanian army. |

Thankyou for all your suggestions I am interested in Text rather than photos some books you suggest are imported into th UK but I am interested in the battle of Odessa especially so if there is an English or dual text book I would be very interested also any good quality modelling magazines or History magazines I have a number of Modelism but is there more any help gratefully received Ross
