The folder is basically set up as a substitute for the defunct Irak folder but encompasses every current high or low intensity conflicty on the planet. Broad enough, I think.

Shit, the link doesn't work rolleyes.gif

I see the Osama ghost has issued another video. Of course he's somewhere safe and secure in another country while the US is focused on the wrong target in Irak.
Bush felt the need to precise that the US was "at war". I thought that was over with the "mission accomplished" carrier landing ?

Or did I miss a declaration of war ?

Oh yes, that old Osama bin Laden...What is he doing these days, the old fox? Maybe he is awaiting the signal from Bush..you know, right before the elections, a "pop" in the right place could do many things for a candidate that is unsure of his success...

Of course, take this one as a "joke"...

No, "seriously", it's simply a "joke"

I think the new video was planned for being released right before the election. Not quite the capture like some people were saying, but it did have an impact.

In my opinion, the next saber rattling event we be held against Iran. Iran would make a pefect new bad guy to boost the spendings of the miltaro-industrial complex :

- they're in a frenzy to develop WMD after seeing what happened to those who don't have them
- they support/ed Hezbollah terrorism in Israel
- their political system is the islamic republic
- you can no longer pay Saddam to do the job

Any one of these 4 points can justify preemptive strike, and then you can hold a few more silly in reserve, just in case you need them.

And next its India for some motivation - including dispute with Pakistan, and ... wish for Indian Ocean, or maybe China. Not in that order.... Aaaa, yes we have enough possible targets, not only this two...

Their three bad guys, for NATO and US to deal with, North Korea, Iran and the Sudan. North Korea and Iran are the most dangerous, though this may be G.W. Bush's fault. Sudan is talking part in cruelest ethnic cleansing senese Cambodia in 1975-79. sad.gif

Well to tell you the truth, I think GW Bush is too stupid to go after real threats, so likely the U.S. won't deal with N. Korea until after his term, 4-6 years from now I predict.
