Tall ship Mircea in the USA and Canada

Today she is supposed to come to port in Lisbon. Do you know if she joined the International Fleet Review of the Trafalgar 200 Anniversary?

At Trafalgar anniversary only a Romanian frigate is present (Regina Maria IIRC)

I have indeed found Regina Maria on the list of ships attending the Trafalgar review.

I think it is a pity that nobody has thought of Mircea to attend the review, especially since she was nearby on that date. But on the other hand, maybe the rules of the "Tall Ships Race 2005" did not allow it.
