I see that Bush quietly took a seat far above FDR and lectured the Russians about post WWII events. Now here is a president with a deep sense of historical circumstances. He didn't go as far as to explain how the US was supposed to dictate anything to Stalin at Yalta. But, hey, does it matter ? No.
