Is it a mystery? Anyone have at least a rough estimate?

I checked the 'net and found no hard numbers. However, I did find the following interesting note:

The Famos (number unknown) were imported from 1943 and were delivered to 1st Armored Division and 8th Cavalry Division. Many were captured by the Soviets on the Moldavia front after 23 August 1944. The remaining pieces were used in the western campaign. It remained in service until early 50s.

I remember about this subject - was presented in "Modelism International" some years ago. I dont remember if was something about nomber. I look today, and tomorrow i post. Like Dragos say, 1st Armored and about Cavalry ... i need to give a look in book with history of Ro cavalry - but certainly he had some good sources. Iama |
