What do you think about this badge of the Order of the Star? Does it look as if it has a modern cross, a 1930s-40s central medallion and a Krétly(?) crown?

You have right, the cross is new, the central medallion and the crown are old!!!! Compare it with the following picture from a new breaststar (great officer). Attached Image |

From what I can see it is the Comandor class from the time of Carol I.

Maybe the crown is from that period, but the rest is definitely not. |

This one is a genuine commodore "Star of Romania" , model 2 , war type (with swords) . You can compare them.

On the suspension ring , there is a hallmark with SILBER and CFZ (manufacturer).

This reverse looks to me like the communist "Star". The same cuts... It seems they have the same "meshteri"
