Being the person who asked for this info I'd like to thank dragos03 for posting this. We corresponded by private email and this is the result. It seems that a public rather than proviate thanks is in order, especially if others find this info important to their own researches.
One question: Can you site the specific source (Title, publisher, date, etc)? I'm sure others may want to try and find these works.
For any interested the university system for which I work is trying to establish a database of major players in the First World War so that source info can be available as the 100th anniversary approaches. We're looking for the location of the papers of various individuals and before knowing which papers we're looking for we first have to know who we're looking for. This list goes a long way toward helping us.
Thanks again and any further assistance will be appreciated.
Rich

No problem, i am glad to help.
The source is a massive book called "Romania in razboiul mondial 1916-1919" (Romania in the great war 1916-1919), written by the historical service of the Romanian General Staff and published in 1934. I only have the first 2 volumes of this book, who only deal with the first months of the war. I think that the following volumes were never printed.
This books contain incredibly detailed data about the period. Even small action of battalions or even companies are described in detail. There are data about the weapons, even the quantity of ammo fired by each gun battery.
Also, the book includes hundreds of pages of documents, from all sides. You can find official reports of the Bulgarian and AH divisions fighting against the Romanian troops.
There is a list with regiment and brigade (even some battalions) commanders, but it's to large to write.
