Well, last time I checked (1 minute ago) it was an Arbitration: The Vienna Arbitration http://www.worldwar2.ro/forum/index.php?sh...c=672&hl=diktat I thought that at least we've agreed to a neutral and historically more accurate term and won't open the can of worms again... Gen. Dénes |

Well it can be an Arbitration one day and become a Diktat several days later... just like the Allies started the WWII but Germany gets blamed by it...
