Sergent Group: Members Posts: 175 Member No.: 438 Joined: January 04, 2005	In this pic you can see a whole block from University to Regala Street that no longer exists. On the left, at the corner of Regala there is a massive bldg (in renovation today). In front of it, across Regala there are two smaller houses. It's an earlier photo, before the construcion of Ambassador Hotel. and other high bldgs. Not so crowded the Blv. . At least not like present. Attached Image

Sergent Group: Members Posts: 175 Member No.: 438 Joined: January 04, 2005	A good view of Carlton Bldg. The 12 stories bldg collapsed in 1940 earthquake. Every other building in this pictures to the far right is still standing. Fortunately some of them were recently consolidated. Attached Image
