Was there any medical officer awarded with the order of Michael the Brave 3rd class in WW1?

Slt. (rez) medic Mircea Bruteanu, from the 2nd Army's Mobile Hospital, was awarded the Mihai Viteazul Order 3rd class by Royal Decree No. 3093/11 November 1916.
For the bravery with which he saved from enemy hands two trains with wounded. On another occasion he saved 250 wounded and a supply train. Despite the fact that it wasn't his duty, he went to the locomotive under enemy fire and saved several wagons loaded with automobiles. |

There was also a Lt. Romulus Popescu awarded the Order of Michael the Brave through High Decree no. 2990 of 1 October 1916. |
