C-2 on my discussions I reffered to uniforms of the Luftwaffe which finally Denes had a point and not to the flight gear which was German mostly I think some of it was also manufactured in Roumania , though why should be captured in Arad if ARR got in large quantities or adequate quanties when they were allies with Germany ?

Here are few rare coloured photos of the Stukas JU-87D and JU-87B on the Western, Basarbian and Stalingrad fronts from the personal albume of Oberst Leutnant Helmut Mahlke who also trained ARR Stuka pilots in due course of his career. After the war he was General Leutnant der Bundeswehr and commanded various Sqd's in Western Germany. I have received the photos from a friend of mine and of his from the 54 JG ....I am still puzzled on the quality of the coloured photos ...must have been Kodak films

Helmut wrote also several books between them on famous called Die Stukas in Sturzflug
