Devil are you serious or just kidding with fanatsies ?

Blueprints means desenele technice...schitze.....do you have the technical and financial resources to build something to that extent ?

I would double the figures someone gave you on here before in order to get it done...... maybe even tripple it ! who's gonna give you the engines and avionics, are u gonna use Dacia or Trabant engines or maybe Cessna 150 engines ? where are you going to build and fly test it , since I guess you aren't a pilot yourself , whos gonna do it for ya ? who's gonna give you airworthiness certificate in Rumania for such a project ?

Sorry, but your stataments sounds rather very futuristic....and I am telling you this from the pilot point if view ! I personally think you meant you were going or wana built a radio controlled model of HS-129 which sounds closer to reality.

Alex

Maresal , I saw the blueprints, what intrigues me is that the bore sight ( head up dispaly) combiner and optics seems to be outside the cockpit. Do you by chance have any cockpit photos of this aircraft ...?

Thanks
Alex

As per your request, below is a battlefield photo of a Hs 129, with the Revi gunsight placed outside, in front of the cockpit.

Thanks Denes, I have this photo too, I meant a cockpit photo from inside....I still cant figure out on how would this plane would use the bore sight combiner from outside due to meteorological factors and still have a clean combiner glass , that the first aircraft I know of flying with the HUD from outside , I am mistified about the German engineers would do such design .

Thanks

For those that wanted a Top view of the camo, I have this image.

I admit the model is very nicely painted.

Many thanks Maresal nice photos and my compliments for the model, it looks great in ARR colours beside a very fine modellistic work !

Despite the messy cockpit , I think this aircraft had a super preformance on air to ground role and was a great tank buster except at the Africa Corps but also at Kursk. I also think ARR scored good aerial work with this aircraft. It looks futuristic like...just a a shame that Henschel Werke & Flugzeugbau when designing the cockpit , forgotten that is flown by pilots

Noapte Buna si pe curand

Itzi mulzumesc, este exact ce am cautat....Many thanks for all stunning photos..I love this airplane and if you have more resources on it, please post them. What a shame that the commies in Rumania destroyed all...todays worth would be over 1.5 million bugs

I think except Germany out of the Axis Rumania was the single operator, do you have photos of this acft with gun pods and front tank buster cannon ?

Thanks

Alex

I have some of those rare cockpit images of the Henschel you requested..

The cockpit photo and pilot's seat drawing are actually copied from my book, 'Henschel Hs 129 In Action', published by Squadron/Signal, in 2001 (page 22).

I don't have that book.
I got the images from a forum on a website called 'netwings. Here is the link:
http://www.netwings.org/dcforum/DCForumID43/1323.html

The only book I have by you is 'Romanian Aces' by Osprey, -that's all, and If I post something that is your's I will not fail to mention the author (as well as reccomendations to buy that book) wink.gif

Come on guys smile.gif a 1:1 replica doesn't mean it has to be 100% exact (exact materials and parts used for the original design - not even the gunsight), you just need a 1:1 replica which looks like the original and eventually takes-off and lands biggrin.gif

Last year I visited an aircraft factory in Romania and I saw in the building area a Yak9 smile.gif ofcourse my eyes were as big as onions and I asked the director what on earth is going on, he said they had orders for serveral such birds, so I asked him how mucn he estimates an IAR-80 flyble replica would cost, the answer was "around 100.000 euros" - I still want to see this bird fly, but if anyone has the money and will to make a Hs129 I guess it is not impossible at all wink.gif
