I love this one: Generalmajor Gustav Boehringer wearing the Order of the Star commander with swords, Order of the Crown great officer with swords and ribbon from his buttonhole under the East Medal appears to be the Order of Michael the Brave.

I never saw only the ribbon of the Michael the Brave Order being worn in the button hole. I think it was a much more important order just to symbolize it with the ribbon.
