Is this Rumanian Me109G?

The markings appear to be Romanian.

The photo was done by a German Propagandakompanie in 1943.

'White 19' is a Bf 109G-2. It was damaged in August 1943 and returned to the Germans for repair.

A photo of what I thinki is a romanian built G6. If my assumption is true, the plane was built in Brasov aircraft plant under license.

You're correct, Romrail. The photo indeed shows a Bf 109G-6 built at I.A.R. Brasov, possibly immediately post war.
Another photo of the same incident has been posted here by Cantacuzino a while ago.

Excellent shot, by the way. Do you have any further info on this incident?

The pilot may be Ioan Marinciu.
But don't know about the Iron Cross...

Yes C2, it looks like Sgt.Marinciu Ioan. But I don't know if he received Iron Cross and also i see another small badge probably italian pilot badge on his chest (mayby he took the badges from I.D.C. )
The Bf is a 109G4 but with G-6 wheels (no spoken wheels)

In the picture of romrail it is more clear the spinner wich looks like it was painted red (also red ? band behind the spinner)

Yes, I also noted the coloured band just behind the spinner. Indeed, it appears to be close to red colour shade. If so, I'm wondering what was the purpose?

Also, what colour was the fuselage number? Perhaps yellow (outlined in white)?

As discussed earlier, the stamped (cast) wheel rims were introduced in late-production G-4s, not G-6:

Yes, it looks like yellow (7) outlined in white.

That photo is great. There was some doubt about the presence of roundels on the top of the wings in the case of this particular plane. This clarifies it. When put together with Cantacuzino's photos of the same aircraft, it is excellent.

About the dark coloured part behind the spinner: That particular part is removable in order to allow acess to the oil tank. It may be a replacement part cannibalised from another airframe that was camouflaged in a different way. It can be dark green.
