The reporter probably thought he stumbled upon a senzational story. Just goes to show the level of some of the Romanian journalists.
Also the reader comments on this kind of articles never fail to amaze me. |

I didn't payed atention to those comments 'till now... But you are right... Amazing how many people have that amount time to comment on any news...

They're new information about this.
Romania has two battalions of Special Forces, one based in Targu Mures, Batalionul 1 Vulturii, and other in Buzau, called HUMINT. Captain Petre Tiberius, who was KIA in Afghanistan in 4 April 2009, was part of Battalion 1 Vulturii Targu Mures. Intersting, they were part of a mission of "seek and destroy", side by side with American Delta Force. |
