Looking for airmen who flew the Savoia S.79 bomber, 'International Association of Eagles'

Admin Group: Admin Posts: 4368 Member No.: 4 Joined: June 17, 2003	Next year, a show & conference will be held in the Caproni museum located in Trento, Italy under the title 'International Association of Eagles', sponsored by Maria Fede Caproni contess. An acquintance of mine from the USA, who is involved in organizing the event, is currently looking for a veteran airman who flew the Savoia bomber during the war and is in good health (so he can travel), who may be invited to this event. As I understood, all expenses would be covered if the veteran will eventually receive an official invitation, but we'll get into this detail later on. I suggested to him Eusebiu Hladiuc, whom I met personally a while ago. Do you know if he is still good health? Any other candidates you may think of? Gen. Dénes

O.K., but how to track down a 'mystery' man? Also, how to find out his wartime record?

Admin Group: Admin Posts: 4350 Member No.: 3 Joined: February 11, 2003	The "mistery man" (Emil Grigore Munteanu) has big hearing problems from what I have seen. Hladiuc, on the other hand, is in perfect shape and younger. I would also suggest him.

To me Hladiuc looks in very good shape and better suited for this task.
