You're right, I stand corrected regarding ACR. I made a quick analogy with Aero-Club (old spelling)/Aeroclub (current spelling), without actually double-checking the statement. Yet another occurrence of the Royal appellation in the official title of the Rumanian air force (albeit 'aviatia' is used here instead of 'aeronautica'):

On April 12, 2005, there was an international conference and symposium held at the Aviation Museum, in Bucharest, titled: 'Aeronautica Regala a Romaniei a Romaniei la eliberarea Budapestei' (The Royal Rumanian Air Force at the Liberation of Budapest). The event was attended, among other personalities, also by HM King Michael I.
