You're right, I stand corrected regarding ACR.
I made a quick analogy with Aero-Club (old spelling)/Aeroclub (current spelling), without actually double-checking the statement.

I still stand by my previous statement, though.

Yet another occurrence of the Royal appellation in the official title of the Rumanian air force (albeit 'aviatia' is used here instead of 'aeronautica'):

On April 12, 2005, there was an international conference and symposium held at the Aviation Museum, in Bucharest, titled: 'Aeronautica Regala a Romaniei a Romaniei la eliberarea Budapestei' (The Royal Rumanian Air Force at the Liberation of Budapest). The event was attended, among other personalities, also by HM King Michael I.

P.S. As a sidenote, apart of a single mission on January 13, 1945, ARR was not involved directly in the operation to capture Budapest...
