I'm 100% sure it's post war; it's one of the metal variants produced, all have the same or a similar back part, on/off button and attaching system.
Also the Dura flash light that I posted on this page is Romanian and is the old name used by ELBA. A few pictures of my ELBA I bought for the attaching system after I removed it I made some experiments on it and now is pieces, initially it was in a similar condition to yours. I paid for it 5ron. Thanks for the site Mihnea. So my flash light is post 1989 I thought it is much older from the comunist era but I was wrong. I paid for 10 lei so is not a problem.
