That's the nickname of Constantin Cantacuzino.

It's a referece to the buzzing sound (as made by aircraft)

I believe he was called like that since he was a small child, so it is no reference to airplanes or engine sound.

On October 30, 2005, the statue of Prince 'Bâzu' Cantacuzino has been erected in Jilavele village, Ialomita County.
