Today as I was shopping for boots, I ended up buying books I found 3 books:
1. "Pe taramul nord-pontic 17 iulie 1941 - 4 iulie 1942" published by editura Fundatiei Culturale Romane in 1999, the authors of the collection are: Colonel ® Stefan Balasan Colonel ® Ilie Cukisniuc-Olaru Colonel dr. Alesandru Dutu Colonel dr. Petre Otu Comandor ® dr. Aurel Pentelescu Comandor ® dr. Jipa Rotaru Colonel ® Gheorghe Tinica The book looks interesting, can't wait to read it. 2. "Romania la cumpana istoriei August '44" published by editura Stiintifica in 1991, the author is General Lt. in rezerva Ion Suta (I bought it beacause it was really cheap and it is not the kind of book where ww2 starts on 23rd august ). 3. "Constructii aeronautice romanesti 1905 - 19970" , published by Editura Militara 1970, the authors are Ion Gudju (general-maior rez. prof. univ. emerit, dr. ing aeronautic ), Gheorghe Iacobescu and Ovidiu Ionescu. I already have this book but I bought it just in case someone is interested in it. I really apreciated especially considering it was written in 1970 but it also cover the axis planes. |

Very good book. From the same series there is "Eliberarea Basarabiei si a nordului Bucovinei 22 iunie - 26 iulie 1941", Editura Fundatiei Culturale Romane, Bucharest, 1999. |
