Somewhere close to me there is a military car that's been lying there for ages. It has no number and it looks deserted. The City Hall might scrap it soon (there is a project where they take such cars off the road and scrap them - did that with 2 already in the area). I am a n00b when it comes to cars so I had no ideea what it is (Kepi identified it but I forget the name), however I took some pics:

Looks like a Skoda to me, posibly for radio transmissions or so. How did a military truck remained in the midle of the street?

I see a T in a square on the truck, it represents the simbol for Transmisiuni. It is a radio truck. Is there any equipment inside?

It was probably bought at an auction (http://www.romtehnica.com.ro/), then the owner died or abandoned it there after being unable to register it.

I doubt there was ever an auction for it. Its been lying there for ages since I was a kid.
