any idea from where this plate came from? the verso is the same, this meeans that was visible from two diferent directions.

posible, but is too small to be visible from 5 meters.and i did not saw any license plate whering the royal seal.

Very nice set of photos, yet again.
It appears to me that the national markings applied on the fuselage of the Hungarian bomber is the 'white cross in black square' type. If so, then the photo must have been taken after March 1942.

yes , it has a white cros in a black square and the fuselaj number is B5+04.

AFAIK, there were two radial-engine Fleet 10s in Rumanian colours.
It would be hard to tell which one was this, as no markings are visible.

"SCUTIT" = "EXEMPT".
It may be carrying some kind of product that was "exempt" from something, maybe tax. Was there a scheme to provide homes with, let's say, tax-exempt fuels (coal maybe)?
