Is this a Sopwit Strutter? and if yes could the cocarda be a english one. on the back is written ??-III-919 Sergentului Mecanic Rossi Iosif pentru dragostea si munca cinstita de cari a dat dovada in trecut si prezent in toate ocaziunile si pentru cari merita toata stima si consideratiunea la cari are tot dreptul, iti dau acest mic semn de amintire de la seul tau Cpt XXXX (indescifrabil) Comand.
