Hi list,
A while ago that we spoke about the airplane crashes in the black sea. I can inform that i have now a fish finder, GPS so when somebody has a boat we can go out for exploration. I have had some contacts with the Ukraine divers and in time they will visit me and i will speak about the IAR what they found. Also the Moscva is not forgotten and i'm still working on this project. Till now some wrecks are mentioned, if there is more information about them - photo's, or maybe other airplane wrecks pls. inform, should be a realy great help. An other project were i'm working on are the hydroplanes in the lake near mamaia. Thanks for the help and a short note from me about the activities. U260diver |

Thanks for the reaction,
29/30th is a air show?? Should be great when we can meet there and make some appointments and look for possibilities about Lacul Surghiol and maybe some other locations! Do you have some photo's about the hydroplanes who were stationed there?? U260diver This post has been edited by U260diver on July 02, 2006 09:04 pm |

Take care when exploring the Siutghiol Lake as there is a navy base on the site of the old hydro base. Take a look in Mamaia airfield for details. |
