It is a dog tag. R2R means most likely 2nd Rosiori Regiment, which was part of the 1st Cavalry Division (this makes sense if you found it in the Kletskaya area). I don't know what 282 and SP mean.

Could mean 1st Horse Artillery Regiment, which was part in the 1st Cavalry Division that was caught in the Stalingrad salient. However, it's just a guess.
