In a German document I found reference to a certain Maj. Hans-Joachim Ritter, who was "Lehrer für Lufttaktik an der königlichen rum. Kriegsakademie, 1943/44".
Further on: "An der Akademie werden deutsche Grundsätze für Verwendung und Einsatz von Lw-Verbänden nahe gebracht und rum Fl. Offz. mit deutschen Flugzeugtypen vertraut gemacht."
Ausbildungsleiter an der kgl. rum. Kriegsakademie was Oberst i. G. Gebauer, around March/April 1944.

Was there a practical, flying course as well? If yes, whay airplane types and which airfields did they use?

Was this course connected to the Jagdfliegerschule Galatz (Galati)?
