could someone tell me more about this sublocotenent who stenb by Octavian Taslauanu chief of Serviciul de informatiuni si propaganda politica al Marelui Cariter General in december 1918 when the Romanian Arny marching to Alba Iulia to proclaim theMarea Unire?
I found he's name in Alex. Mihai Stoenescu Book Istoria loviturilor de stat din Romania vol II pag357.
