In 1940 Romania lost nerly 30 per cent of territorium, also access to Dniestr river was lost.
I think that here were also ships , at least merchant , lost to Soviets. Have somebody lists of ships transferred to Soviets in 1940s. The Soviet Danube flotilla established 1940 included also some ex Romanian ships, at least SOVIETSKAYA BUKOVINA - hospital ship SOVIETSKAYA BESSARABIYA- transport and some more were ex Romanian ones. Have somebody ideas about these Romanian ships ???? I do not belive Soviet bought them  |

The Soviets took all the ships they found in the ex Romanian harbours. Fortunately they were very few and left the area before they could reach there. We could find a list of barges, but tugs and no passangers are included.

""Germany did not win World War II, if I remember right.""
Hello Florin, my English is not perfect unfortunately, your politeness (blandness ?) however probably also not. Germany does not have God is won owing to the war, thus there is not here also so many cement - heads. Only together one can regenerate the nevertheless straight heavy history of the war in the black sea area, Many greetings Theo |

Mr. Dorgeist, I know I was not quite polite. At least you have to agree that if Germany would win that war, people on planet Earth would speak today German everywhere, in stead of English. As German grammar is much more difficult than English grammar, and the nouns have to start with capital letter, and the words join together in strange long combined words, I am not too sad that National-Socialist Germany lost the war.
