I hope that someone could help me to ID this dagger. I am not sure but I have been told that it may be Romanian?

I am new to this forum and don't know how to post photos , so I have posted photos along with a sword which I posted.

thats a Romanian officer parade dagger i think its form the 30's case its got the Carol 2 coat of arms on the handle.

This is a variant of a M.1930 Army officer dagger. There were many variants of this weapon, made by different producers, in small quantities, according the Romanian officers requests.

This dagger seems to be produced by Carl Eickhorn, from Solingen, but I’m not quite sure.

Yes. This is a Solingen piece. What is interesting about this one is that the Carol 2 insignia has green enamel added to it. Probably ordered by someone in the Vanatori, Vanatori de Munte, or Border Guards. A personal touch. I have also seen daggers in red emamel.
