Can anyone help with additional information and/or identification of any of the seven WW2 Romanian air pilots featured by period drawings signed Raduslavescu (1941)?
Recently I've got a set of nine drawings showing portraits of different Romanian air pilots, signed and dated: Virginia Raduslavescu, 1941 (see below). Only the first two pilots are identified (in order): ace Alexandru POPISTEANU and Mircea CONSTANTIN. Virginia RADUSLAVESCU, a known Romanian plastic artists of the inter-war period, was born in 1913. She graduated the Fine Arts Institute of Bucharest in 1937. Some of her artworks are displayed in Romanian National Art Museum and National Theatre Museum, both in Bucharest. Thank you in advance.
