For sale an old ( do not know if it's from WW2-era, though ) Carl Zeiss Jena optical surveying tool ( theodolite) .
Excelent optics and GREAT magnification - aprox. 25x magnification! The optical "scope" has a crosshair-shaped reticle. Note: the image on the scope apears upside-down - this is not a fault of the item, or a that something is wrong with it - this is how the device IS SUPPOSED to be ( how the factory made it). Also... at the vertical movement knob the decorative round piece on the knob is missing ( see picture - the knob underlined with red in the last picture) but the knob can still be turned with ease - the missing part was only decorative and for a better grip on the fingers - a replacement one can be glued instead. Everything else works perfect, all the knobs and locks are in perfect order, the focusing is smooth - and everything else is ok. The tool has a tripod screw hole at the base. The photos are real of the actual item for sale. No other accesories are included but the item itself. The price for this is 100 USD ( us dollars ) - aditional shipment costs are supported by the buyer. Location of the item: Bucuresti, Romania.
