does anyone know if the germans supplied the romanians with panzerfausts and in what quntity?

In 1944 the German army supplied the Romanian army with Panzerfausts klein, gross and with panzerschrek's, I don’t know how many but enough for the Romanians to print translated versions of the German manuals.

As far as I know from my grandfather which worked as a chief engineer at Resita factory during the war some panzerfaust "faustpatron" were produced there
