i think you should decide first on the bomber type you want to build, which narrows it down a bit.
but, there are several good kits from revell, airfix, hasegawa(i think), for pretty much every ww2 bomber type, including Ju87, He111, He177, B17, B24, B25, Lancaster, Wellington etc. etc. however these kits are from plastic, which i'd recomand instead paper for durability reasons, if you can afford them (and the paint). each kit should contain instructions for painting various cammo shemes, depending on year and theatre. i'm not sure about tamiya or hasegawa, which are more expensive, but revell and airfix should be available in Romania, at least about revell i'm positive. the scale should be 1:72. |

Well, there were a number of B-17 that were flown under axis markings for test purposes, but I'll be darned if I understand how someone could mistake the nationality of a plane and still be able to manufacture an acurate model.

Ok, I won't comment further on that, since at your age I was probably even less informed on matters of aviation than you are, but if you allready marked the B-17 as a german plane, here are a few photographs of captured B-17s:
As for the painting, most of the captured planes had yellow bellies while test-flown by the "Erprobungsstaffel" or test squadrons, to allow easy identification by friendly AA, like this P38 below: PS: with the exception of the first one, the photographs are taken from here |
