Iam new here and very much need some help

I need a list of Luftwwaffe Pilots whom won Oak Leaves to the Knights Cross whom held The Romanian Order of Aeronautica Merit. In Specific I need the ones whom had two clasps to this Romanian order. Iam not familiar with romanian awards that much but mine is the blue cross with swords and the two spanges on ribbon.
