Comunist RSR dager for marine officers, it's marked 646 + e comunist medals and other uniform stuff that you can see in the picture.

Actually the item is identical for the army, navy and air force, with the RSR coat of arms engraved on the case (the other option being that the dagger - its official name being "stilet"/stiletto - is an army version). I know that because my old man had (and still has, I guess) an identical one. This one in the picture seems to be in a very good condition. The small golden button is used for locking/unlocking the stiletto in the case.
The medal in the middle is an “order” (“ordin”, in Romanian), being of a higher importance wink.gif than the other two.

No they are not identical, the army stiletto has on both sindes the RSR coat of arms engraved and the navy stiletto has on one side the RSR coat of arms and on the other side a anchor, as you can see in the picture:
