Both . I did not find any photos what so ever. Maybe somebody can post photos even if there are from the museum.

And the submariner did not received any other badge exept the round one.

I have seen that the russian and also the americans have badges representing a submarine.I have tought that the romanian have something like that in ww2.

That's the only badge for U-boat troops I have knowledge of, in some way it is to be expected, Romanian Navy had only three U-boats during WW2.

Yes but the where comanders, officer's....that is why I think that National Maritim Museum has some badges regarding the royal navy.

Why the romanian comanders did not wear in photo the badges just like the german in this photos.
