The French magazine Avions in his No.157 is publishing a very interesting article (on 4 pages) about Coanda No.4 airplane.

Hello MaxFax,

The article was an absolute surprise for me (as was the layout of Coanda's No. 4 heavy fighter of 1917 vintage!). Absolutely recommended! It is quite possible that one of the authors, monsieur Jean-Yves Niel, is directly related to Maurice Niel, the mechanic who took the unique photos published within the article. Amazing stuff.

Modelism International magazine has found some new photos with Coanda's No.4 heavy fighter airplane. Some of them on glass. They are planing to re-print the article from Avions, with some detailed plans too (Mr. Iliescu is working on) and also some additional material. I will try to suply them with a fair enough translation from French.
