Romanian Contract Beretta M.1934 Pistol, opportunity to purchase

Ok, here is a pistol that I have found here in the US. Can someone give me more information about it even though the description is pretty good.

DESCRIPTION: Romanian contract military pistol assembled in 1941, as indicated by the markings on the left side of the slide (not a current import!). The slide also displays a caliber designation in the Romanian language, "9mm Scurt". The back of the right side of the frame displays Romanian armory mark, "CM". The original military black plastic grips display traditional "PB" emblem. High quality of machining. Seven shot magazine. Blowback design. No import markings. CONDITION: Excellent, with 97-98% of original blue still on the metal. The wear is mostly on the edges of the slide (holster wear) and on the barrel. Some light patina on the front part of the hilt. All matching serial numbers (frame, slide, barrel). Fine bore with strong and shiny rifling. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on the metal. All the internal parts of the pistol are in excellent condition, with no visible wear. The grips are in excellent condition with some minor handling marks. As issued military configuration. Very smooth action. Difficult to find pistol without the import marks! Serial# 348XX.

It sounds good I say go for it it's a nice pistol if it's also Romanian contract even better.

Just got an email on the following for sale. Does it seem restored or in original condition?

This model was manufactured in 1941 for the Romanian Military with a factory change to a .380 barrel and only about 20,000 built in Italy. It is identical to the Beretta Model 1934 except the slide is marked "9mm Scurt" instead of "9mm Corto". It has a 3.5 inch barrel in very good condition with definite lands and grooves rifling. The original blue finish is very good with only some minor, sporadic surface pits. The mag is in very good condition and there are no import marks present with all numbers matching,except the barrel, where stamped. This variation of the 1934 is much more rare, with its high polish finish, as most had a military parkerized finish. The very good plastic grips are metal backed with only minor scrapes and dings from use.

Here's mine...in almost mint condition and matching numbers, except the barrel which has been replaced with a custom "just over 4 inch" barrel, to be in accordance with the Canadian firearms regulations.

Nice pistol, can you post a picture with the slide closed to see how much is the barrel sticking out.

The problem with this set-up is that you can't use an original holster with it.

Arround 16 mm longer. It could be sticked in.

You guys nailed me there...
The barrel is a bit over a centimeter longer, in accordance with the Canada's Firearms Act...just BS... Handgun will fit completelly in the holster, even with the longer barrel, it just needs a bit of help.
