A Russian source mentions the following: "During the night of Sept. 8, long-range Soviet bombers attacked Bucharest. After this attack, the Rumanian government transferred the capital to Sinaia."
Obviously, the source refers to the possible transfer of the Government, not the "Capital". I never heard if this event. Can anyone confirm, or infirm, this claim? Gen. Dénes |
