WW1 & WW2 Medal Bar, Original award or made up for sale??

this particular bar has been offered for sale


Just a couple of points I am not sure about:

The precedence of the Austrian awards, with regards the Romanian award, would not a German place German/Prussian, then Austrian followed by Romania, especially after the annexation of Austria in 1938??

The fact that the Romanian award is on the wrong ribbon!

And can you tell me if this particular Romanian award was given in WW2??

Or is it possible this medical person / Doctor could have received the Romanian award post WW1 and pre-WW2 for medical services rendered to Romania in a time of need, i.e. epidemic such as a Nationa Typhus epidemic or Spanish Influenza??

The seller is looking for $425 which I find mega high for some very common medals.

This mounted orders is very beautiful,German KVK and Ek is good condition.
But I attention bad or strange impact a a see.

thanks for your opinion with regards the bar, my questions relate to the precedence of the awards on the bar, I do know what they represent, but it has a mix of combatant and non-combatant awards, you were either a fighter or not a fighter you could not be both a fighting soldier and a medic.

He has the Iron Cross II Class for WW1.

The Hindenberg Cross with swords for a fighter awarded in 1934+ by the nazis.

The KVK Cross with swords awarded for NON-Combatant merit in WW2.

Romanian Medical Merit for service (supposedly in WW2) on the wrong ribbon!!!

If a German or Austrian, this foreign award should be last on the bar according to Regulations.

The Austrian Red Cross Award for Service in WW1.

And the Austrian Cross of Merit a relatively high ranking award that should to my mind be before the Austrian Red Cross Medal and the Romanian medal.

In my opinion one could think this bar has recently been put together by somebody who does not know the correct regulations and precedence of the medals from circa 1938 onwards.

A bar that has been made from odd-medals to fool the unwary collector.
