It might be WWII but in my opinion it's post war it's hard to explain why (the shape seems odd).

The differences between post war ones and originals are very small and it's difficult to draw a clear line between them. In these picture you can see my original WWII ammo pouches (the small knob that closes the them is made from brass not steel, the same detail is on the black ammo pouches that were only made in WWII). |

You should stuff it with some crumbled paper for it to regain and keep it's original shape. It would look nicer that way. That's how i store mine. -------------------- ®
