Did the Romanians ever use any Su-85 or 57mm at guns?

No, not to my knowledge. Only captured 45mm AT guns were more commonly used by cavalry units.

As for captured Sovier armor, only Komsomolets artillery tractors and this photo of a T-26 are evidence of being serviced by Romanian Army.
