Hello
Does anyone know how one can find or obtain Romanian newsreels from 1939-1945? I have had no luck tracking any down. cheers, skoblin |

Haven't had much luck finding any, either, however. If you or anyone else knows where we can obtain/view some, please let us know. Thanks. |

Only in National Film Archives (Arhibva Nationala de Film).One can try and speak with them.They have real treasures there.

Romania's peacetime army was manned by limited conscription, and all adult males spent time in the territorial reserve. This gave it a regular strength of around 100,000 men. On the outbreak of the Second Balkan War in 1913, conscription was introduced and the army grew to 400,000.
