Caporal Group: Members Posts: 117 Member No.: 149 Joined: November 27, 2003	From my friend's website: My father's father was an amazing self-made man, he left his village, became a sailor and sailed all over the globe, then he settled on land, only to become an aviator (nice pic of their landing ground in 1933). Sorry my ignorance.[/quote] Well, the Bristol Blenheim was originally designed as bomber, but ARR used it mainly for long-range recce duties (although the airplane could carry a bomb load, too).

The Earth has a radius of over 6000 km, so theoretically, the point furthest away from Romania is somewhere at pi*6000 km= 19000 km. 10,000 km would place him in North America, probably somewhere on the Pacific coast (Stanford is at Palo Alto, in the vicinity of San Francisco).

Also, if a member chooses not to mention his whereabouts in his profile, he does not have to do it.
