Hello! Is there any structured information about the different models and patterns of uniforms adopted by the Romanian military during the mentioned period? I have found, here and elswere, numerous references to mod. 1948 or mod. 1951 (1952?) uniforms, about the russian type (rubashka) or open-collar type tunic for officers, or about Soviet or Romanian model helmets - nothing very systematic tough.

Any help in order to clear the fog is welcome, weather data or images; thank you.

There are three detailed articles about the romanian army uniforms (1948-1965) published in the last issues of the Military Museum Bulletin (“Buletinul Muzeului Militar National”). I think the authors will continue their studies until 1989.

The bulletins could be found in the Military Museum bookshop. smile.gif
