I would like to know where I can obtain more information about Nicolae Sova, although he was my grand-grandfather, none of my relatives know about him more than it was written on this site. Thank you in advance.

Please follow the forum rules and post in English.
As to your question, try to find this book: Ichim E., Generalul Nicolae Sova, Editura Modelism, 1996 |

Ok, sorry for using romanian language, I had no idea this was an english-only site, however I thank you for your response I am now searching for the book.
As an addition, it is interesting to find out that also my great-grandfather from my fathers side also was a "Pasha"(general in the ottoman army) and unfortunately the same thing applies to him(no information available online). Since he also was invloved in WWII I hope you might also give me information about him. His name was Ali Hurky Sharaiyreh(the first jordanian minster of education, pasha(general) in the ottoman army), born in Irbid(nowadays in Jordan). |

It was always interesting, does general have a Russian surname, or not? There is book about 1 guards division (very interesting) and there is about the general Sova.
