Help with plate with signatures

Soldat Group: Members Posts: 37 Member No.: 1654 Joined: October 27, 2007	Hi guys! I have no idea if this is the correct part of hte forum to post... but anyway here it is. Do you have an idea, what happened on 30 June 1942 in Bucuresti? I got this plate, from a photo album or a suvenir maybe? Made of brass, with inscribed signatures of Bulgarians and Romainians and dated 30 June 1942 Bucuresti. I have no clue who these people were. Could be a political, military, trade, busyness meeting. Or doctors' congress... I have no idea! Do you have a guess what it might be? Thanks!

Plutonier major Group: Members Posts: 339 Member No.: 1393 Joined: April 16, 2007	Very strange indeed.I see no romanian names there,maybe some bulgarian ,but most are purely rusian.More interesting,the name Bucharest is writen not Buharest as in russian but Bucuresti,as in romanian but with chirilic leters.Do you have anymore info about this plate?

It's actually written Букурещъ in a pre 1947 Bulgarian language.

Soldat Group: Members Posts: 37 Member No.: 1654 Joined: October 27, 2007	Indeed the town is written in Bulgarian. Some of the signatures are clearly Bulgarian - I have masked them. The remaining are maybe Romanian?

Plutonier major Group: Members Posts: 339 Member No.: 1393 Joined: April 16, 2007	As far as i can read only the fourth one seems to be in romanian,the rest are writen in chirilic.What seems as a latin " r "is actualy the slavic " ia" One can chek in a public library the papers from that date,and,maybe find an answer.
