Did Romania have any Attaches of any kind in Germany? I'm sorry for my question But, I don't know anything about ambassadors and so on.
If they had any attaches in Germany,, who were they?

General de Brigada Ion Gheorghe (1893-1985) served as Romanian military attache to Germany during WW2; in the summer of 1943 he was also appointed Romania's official envoy to the Third Reich (i.e. ambassador), replacing Raoul Bossy. Prior to his appointment to Germany, Gheorghe was the Romanian military attache to Turkey (probably as a colonel, since his promotion to general rank was in the spring of 1943). Gheorghe published an account of his experiences as Rumaniens Weg Zum Satelliten-Staat (Kurt Vowinckel Verlag, c1952). I have a copy of this work, but, alas, my German is poor, so accessing the text is difficult.

General de Divizia Gheorghe Bagulescu served as Romanian Minister (ambassador) to Japan during the war; one source shows him accredited to both Tokyo and Nanking, but whether the latter was a prewar assignment or simply an honorific bestowed by thre Japanese after they conquered that portion of China is not clear.

Time permitting (a rare commodity for me) I may be able to come up with a couple other attaches for the war years.

As promised, here's what little more I can add after some minor digging. Some of this information came from books on my shelves, a couple via an internet search, and the rest from searching for the word "attache" in the Forum postings (if you need actual sources for specific names, let me know).

Capitan Comandor Nicolae Antonescu was naval attache to Germany from 1942 to 1944.

Locotenent Comandor Nicolae Balotescu was Romania's air attache to Germany from 1942 until 1944.

Major Nicolae Constantinescu was a deputy military attache to Germany during 1943-1944.

Major Dima Iliescu was a deputy military attache to Germany during 1943 and 1944.

Major Gheoghe Iliescu (?1902-1957?) served as military attache to Great Britain from 1937 to 1940.

Locotenent Colonel (possibly promoted to general in November 1943?) Aurel Nicolaescu served as military attache to Latvia (i.e. Riga) from 1925 until at least 1928.

Major Alexandru Proca was a deputy military attache to Germany from 1939 to 1940.

General Alexandru Rozin held the post of military attache to Germany for part of 1940, although one list I found him on gives this rank for late in 1943, so he may have only been a colonel back then.

General (promoted 1935) Constantin Sanatescu (1885-1947) was the head of the Romanian delegation to moscow in 1940 at the time of the Soviet ultimatum and annexation of Bessarabia ; he also served as attache in both Paris and London, presumedly in the 1920's.

General de Divizie (promoted 194?) Nicolae Tataranu (1890-1953) served as military attache in Paris from 1928 to 1931 as well as in Brussels (1929-1931) and Madrid (1930-1931); since these dates overlap, I presume he was "wearing more than one hat" at the time.

Colonel Traian Teodorescu was serving as military attache in Ankara in the summer of 1944.

Locotenent Colonel Eugen Tilichi served as military attache to Germany for 1943-1944.

Captain ... Vasilescu is described in one source as serving as a military attache whose assignments during the war years placed him in both Yugoslavia (Belgrade?) and Switzerland (Berne?).

Locotenent Colonel Octav Vorobchievici was the military attache to Germany from 1939 to 1940.

Locotenent Comandor Alexandru Zaharescu was the air attache to Germany from 1938 to 1942.

Note that most of these were attaches during WW2. A number of leading generals for this period held such posts earlier in their careers, examples being Ion Antonescu and Petre Dumitrescu back in the 1920's. If you want to pursue that avenue, I'd suggest checking out the website of WW2 generals maintained by one of the Forum's members, Steen Ammentorp (Nicolae Tataranu being one I found there). Of course, not every officer who spent time as a military attache made it all the up through the ranks, but you should find a few more that way.
