off topic now. Do you guys know any good battlefields around sibiu? I am having trouble finding the red tower pass can anyone help. |

Hi seeker
if you want to come for the ride you are more then welcome. the only battlefields around Sibiu that I know is the Transylvania offensive at the Red tower pass from ww1. And of course the battle of Selimber witch Mihai Viteazul took part in.. lol.. maybe we will find a horse shoe there lol  so if you know any other good locations let me know! the more people we are the better and more fun it would be! Actually near Sibiu one can find a battlefield at Guravaii, near Cristian, aprox 25 km from Sibiu towards Alba. There was a battle in ww1 between romanian troops of general Mosoiu and the germans.
Are you goind to search the battlefields only around Sibiu or do you travel also in the country? |

Well near Sibiu its nice because that's where ill be staying.
but if you know some other good battlefields from ww2 around the country, then maybe we should set up a group of people to go an search for some relics. for fun of course let me know!! Dragos |
